36 Hour Soft Dry Fast – Group Fasting Check In – Fasting Weight Loss Journey Vlog

I completed a 36 hour soft dry fast during our group challenge. We are doing a group fast. You choose snake diet, dry fast, OMAD, intermittent fasting and do it for 5 days. Each day we will check in. If you do good the day before I will color in your box on my sheet.
