This is a week in the life of the slow carb diet; at the least the way that I do it.

Whenever I’ve had to make any sort of change or adjustment in my life, I’ve always found that looking at someone else’s process, workflow, and thought-sequence, helps me a great deal; whether it’s to mirror what they do, nit-pick tips here or there, identify what definitely won’t work for me, or just get general ideas. A week in the life of the slow carb diet my way, might share a fresh perspective for you, whether you’re just starting out, or feeling like you haven’t found a comfortable groove.
Beyond the need for me to have fast and easy recipes, the most important thing for me, is to be able to track my progress quickly and easily every day. For this, I use a smart scale.
If you’d like to check out the smart scale I’m using, it’s by a company called Renpho, and you can find it at the links below:
At the end of the day, what makes this week in the life schedule work for me is how little time I need to spend, daily, and weekly, to achieve the desired results I’m looking for; especially as someone who was not used to cooking at all prior to start the slow carb diet.
To spend just 15 minutes every morning to cook all three meals for the day is so far beyond anything I had imagined. Just a month or so ago, I still convinced myself that it’s faster to hop in the car and go through a drive-thru for a burger and fries.
I’m confident this is a really great option; the fastest recipes and easiest recipes for anyone like me, who is not used to cooking regularly, but is determined to give slow carb a go. After all, the Slow Carb Diet is a diet that has been proven time and time again, as the answer to: How to lose weight fast. I also feel that if you’re doing keto, and you’re struggling to see results, the slow carb diet might be the answer for you, and a week in the life of the slow carb diet will give you a clear overview of what you can expect!
