I’ve been getting lots of comments from the past few weeks about your results with the KPOP Body Challenge… and they have been so great! Anyways, I couldn’t find any KPOP diets that I wanted to follow… so, I just created my own! Of course, I didn’t eat the exact same thing everyday. Sometimes, I switched up the protein and got chicken or seafood. The vegetables and fruits were pretty much the same because they were in season 😋

In order for your body to burn fat or lose weight, you need to be in a negative energy balance (calorie deficit). The correct amount of calories you’ll need to eat to sustainably lose weight is personal (It is different for everyone) Adjust the portion sizes to fit your own personal needs.
My TDEE ranges from 1800-2500 calories per day depending on how active I am on any particular day.
I don’t eat the same amount of food everyday. Some days, I am hungrier than others… so, I eat more. Other days, I’m not as hungry and I will eat less. My daily calorie intake ranges from 1500-3000+ depending on my hunger levels, where I eat, etc.
Make sure to figure out your own TDEE and how many calories you’ll need to eat to lose weight sustainably 😊 it’s very personal!
