Egg Diet for Weight – Full Day Diet Plan

Start your day with detox water, empty stomach. Drink Chia Seed detox water.

Detox Water for Weight Loss :
Chia Seeds Fat Cutter Drink –
Cucumber Lemon Detox Water –
Apple Cinnamon Detox Water –
Cumin Water (Jeera Water) Belly Fat Burner Drink –
Fenugreek or Methi Flat Belly Detox Water –
Cumin & Carom Seeds Water for Weight Loss:

At morning breakfast, have 2 Eggs Masala Omelette for Weight Loss.

Along with this, you can drink Green Tea or Milky Tea with no sugar or very little sugar.

In case if you’re not able to make soup, then have Nuts & Seeds in evening snacks, like 4-5 Almonds & Walnut or Pumpkin/Sunflower/Flax Seeds.

Dinner should be done between 7:00-8:00 pm. Have anyone of the following recipe:

At Bedtime, drink 1 cup turmeric Milk.

In between the meals, if you feel hungry, then eat Orange / Cucumber or Seeds like flax seeds/sunflower seeds. Drink detox water, a minimum of 2 liters per day. Sleep adequately and avoid sugar & junk food.

For fast weight loss results, along with this diet do regular physical exercise, minimum 45 min – 1 hour like Gym/Cycling/Swimming/Yoga.

Continue this Full Day Egg Diet Plan for Weight Loss for 6 days. Take a break for 1 day & start again.
