Hello Beautiful Souls!!! In this video I share with you 3 easy weeknight meals that I make a lot. I’ve been able to maintain my 66lb weight loss effortlessly while eating this way. My journey started after reading “The Starch Solution” by Dr. John Mcdougal. I follow his recommendations of a high starch low fat diet made up of mostly whole plant based foods. I and my family are completely vegan but indulge in the occasional treat and cant seem to give up ketchup!
