On August 18, 2019 I began my weight loss journey and stood at 223.6 lbs (101.4 kg). With it, I set up some goals for the next 360+ days:
1. Lose Weight.
2. Try to run at least one Marathon.
3. Start to cycle again.
4. Get fit for soccer
5. Try to improve my mileage in distance and time for running.
6. Eat healthy and maintain a vegan diet.
7. Start swimming
8. Finally, attack my fear and learn to surf.
9. Stay consist
10. Be committed!
