In this diet, you are allowed to eat different food groups on different days of the week.

GM Diet says that foods in the diet is “negative-calorie foods,” meaning they provide fewer calories than they take to digest.

So your body ends up burning more calories then itis provided.

Three added benefits of GM diet are: it detoxifies your body, boosts your metabolism and improves your digestion.

Day 1. Fruit Day

You are allowed to eat whatever fruits you like to accept banana.

You can eat as many fruits you want to satisfy your hunger.

Melons, apple, and citrus are best for this day.

Day 2. Vegetable Day

You are allowed to eat vegetables in raw or cooked form.

In breakfast, you can eat 1 cup of boiled potatoes with little salt and pepper.

Rest of the day eat a salad made with your favorite vegetables.

You can boil or blanch vegetables if you like.

Don’t use oil for cooking.

Day 3. Fruits & Vegetable Day

You are allowed to eat all fruits except banana and all vegetables except potato.

Start your day with fruits and then you can consume your favorite fruits and vegetables in your day.

Day 4. Banana & Milk Day

Finally, you are allowed to eat what you were avoiding for 3 days.

You can have 2 bananas and a glass of milk in the morning.

You can have a maximum of 6 to 8 bananas and 3 glasses of skimmed milk on this day.

Don’t add any sugar in the milk you can add a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa.

Day 5. Tomato Day

You are allowed to eat two 10 ounces portions of beef, fish or chicken.

If you are vegetarian replace meat with cottage cheese or brown rice.

You are also allowed to eat a maximum of 6 tomatoes on this day.

Tomatoes can be eaten raw and sauteed.

Make sure meat or cheese is cooked in a healthy way with no or less oil.

Day 6. Same As Day 5 But With Vegetables

Day 6 will be the same as day 5 and you can replace tomatoes with cooked or uncooked vegetables.

Potatoes are not allowed on this day.

Day 7. Brown Rice, Vegetables & Fruit Juices

You are allowed to eat brown rice, vegetables and fruit juices all day.

Vegetables can be cooked or uncooked. Fruit juices should be unsweetened.

There are a few points to note in this diet:

You are asked to drink 8 to 12 glasses of water every day and on day 5 and 6 you are asked to drink 12 to 15 glasses.

You can make a healthy soup of allowed vegetables and consume, you can use a little bit of olive oil and seasoning of your choice for preparation.
