Hey Family! All my Day 1’s know that I’ve been on my fitness journey in total for about 3 years now however I really tapped into working out last year and what a difference it’s made.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) Workouts have been a game changer. They allow you to burn so many calories in a small amount of time.
I’ve teamed up with Kewlioo in this video to show their sauna belt which also helps burn more calories as well.
In this video I show 5 great hiit Workouts that can be done anywhere. Not just the gym! I repeated each exercise for 4-5 rounds as my workout for the day.
